Wet Drum Magnetic Separator

Wet drum magnetic separator is requisite equipment for the concentration plant of iron mine, of which the performance and steadiness play a vital part in the economic benefit of the iron mine. Wet drum separator has always been classified by the granularity of feeding material. While in practical manufacture, the required performance is different for drum separators of the same style from one procedure to another. How to Work

The drum rotates in the same direction as the slurry flow. The slurry enters the feedbox and is channeled underneath the submerged drum. The slurry then flows into the magnetic field generated by the drum. The magnetite is attracted by the magnetic field, collected on the drum surface, and rotated out of the slurry flow. This a very clean magnetic product.

Exclusive the ferrous influence, the concentric type has a little bit better separation effect but must make sure no ferrous exist.
