1.Shredding/crushing system

3.Air classification machine :

in a shredder system commonly designed for vehicles, the shredded material is subjected to air separation before the separation of steel and iron material. This creates a light fraction capable of flight, known as the shredder light fraction (SLF). The heavy items from the air separation is - after separation of iron - the shredder heavy fraction (SHF). Air classifiers are commonly employed in industrial processes where a large volume of mixed materials with differing physical characteristics need to be separated quickly and efficiently.

 

4.Trommel screen :

or rotary screen, is a kind of mechanical screening machine which is widely used in the separation operation. It controls the material separation by the particle size, and the separation precision is high. The cylinder of the trommel screen is generally divided into several sections, depending on the specific situation. The mesh holes are arranged from small to large, and the mesh hole diameter on each section is the same.
 

5.Eddy current separator :
The principle of the eddy current separator is fairly straightforward. Basically, a rotor comprised of magnet blocks, either standard ferrite ceramic or the more powerful rare earth magnets depending on application, are spun at high revolutions (over 3000 rpm) to produce an 'eddy current'. This eddy current reacts with different metals, according to their specific mass and resistivity, creating a repelling force on the charged particle. If a metal is light, yet conductive such as aluminum, it is easily levitated and ejected from the normal flow of the product stream making separation possible. .

These eddy currents repel materials with varying degrees of force depending on their composition. Thus, able to separate and recover aluminum and other non-ferrous metals from household, industrial and incinerated waste, including inert plastics and other materials. It is able to separate metals from scrap, and remove metallic particles and contaminants from glass and other substances. In fact, eddy current separators offer a cost effective method of recovering up to 95% of valuable material from rubbish and waste, grading precious metal concentrates for further processing. It also improves the purity of non-ferrous auto scrap up to 85-95%, maximizing the speed and efficiency of recovery and increasing profits.

6.Induction stainless steel sorter  

Induction sorter is detecting the inductive metal such as copper , aluminum, Zinc, Lead,  stainless steel, print circuit board(PCB) and insolation wire etc through the imbed induction sensor under the belt. With high pressure valve connected one line of nozzle after the high speed belt, eject those detected objects, the inductive of sensor could be adjusted through software via the screen.

It is normally being installed after eddy current in order to recover rest of metal after eddy current sorting such as copper, brass, zinc, aluminum and those could not be sorted by eddy current as stainless steel and insolation wire etc.

7.XRT Sorter 
The goal of this sorting is to further separate and upgrade the non-ferrous heavy metals for Zorba and mixed aluminum-containing scraps that processed by eddy current separator   make non-ferrous mixture into pure metal types such as copper, zinc, brass or stainless steel. to ensure  recovery and quality improvement of non-ferrous metals for further processing and secondary smelting .
