1. Primary ferromagnetic metal recovery  .
Using powerful Rare Earth Overband magnets or Drum Magnetic Separators to capture and hold ferrous from the crushed e-scraps mixture

2. Grain size :
The grain size of material has a huge impact on sorting performance. Too small grain size will cause the metal to be undetected, and too large grain size will inflfluence the sorting effificiency due to mechanical limitations.
A  trommel screen or vibratory feeder often working together the Eddy Current separator and Induction sorter to spreading out and further separating the remaining metals to allow the metal separator to work at its optimal efficiency get the ideal metal separation. and the conveyor system also included in our whole sorting system 

3. Valuable aluminum copper brass non-ferrous metal recovery :
after the magnetic separation and grain size process. ferrous metal-free fraction will pass onto Eddy Current Separator (ECS) for copper brass aluminum precious non-ferrous metals recovery,  Eccentric Pole Eddy Current Separator for big scraps nonferrous recovery , and Ultra High Frequency uhf Eddy Current Separator for suprior for micro-fine nonferrous particles recovery .

Following Eddy Current Separator , Induction Sensor Sorter or ultra-high magnetic Intensity Stainless Steel Separator working for weakly magnetic fragmented or shredded stainless steel separation from the mixture e wastescraps ,
Induction Sensor sorter is detecting the inductive metal ,It is normally being installed after eddy current in order to recover rest of metal after eddy current sorting such as copper, brass, zinc, aluminum and those could not be sorted by eddy current as stainless steel and insolation wire etc.The input capacity is decided by how much metal content in the input material. The input capacity will drop signifificantly if the percentage of metal content goes too high. Notice that the input capacity must be lower while the metal content goes higher. A reasonable range of metal content is 5 to 20% for "All-Metal" sorting, and 45 to 85% for stainles steel sorting.also enables to separate the printed circuit boards (PCBs) scraps
This Stainless-Steel Magnetic Separator is unique Neodymium Rare Earth magnetic roller that produces an ultra-strong magnetic force to attract even the micro iron or para-magnetic weakest magnetic materials ( such as silica , sulfur dioxide , stainless steel ) . The strength of the magnetic field is far greater than standard magnetic separators, extending the separation capabilities from just removing ferrous and strongly magnetic materials to materials that have a very low magnetic susceptibility. it is in fact able to capture and separate most of the types of stainless steel present in other materials, in particular in plastic and other metals from medium and fine inert fraction .The separation is constant, precise and reliable even for very small stainless steel.
