The magnetic metallic separator consists of ferromagnetic metal removal system (suspension magnetic separator and high intensity roller for weakly magnetic particle) and magnetic eddy current non-ferrous separator . 

those magnetic eddy current separators are essential  for removes ferromagnetic / non-ferrous metallics from plastics, glass cullet, electronic scrap, automobile shredder residue (ASR), boiler bottom ash, spent foundry core sand, municipal solid waste (MSW), co-mingled recyclables, urban wood waste and mixed metals

In operation, the magnetic eddy current metal separation system utilizes permanent rare earth magnets to repelling forces which separate the metallics from non-metallics, providing a cleaner product for further processing.

Through the induction of eddy currents and the resulting repelling forces, the alternating magnetic field selectively repels the non-ferrous metals and physically separates them from other materials with minimum product loss.

 

The complete metal recycling system including mainly 3 parts:

1. The vibrating hopper: in order the metal reclaim system work at its optimal efficiency. the shredder residue travelling over the magnetic must be spread out a thin layer.the vibrating feed machine is the best choice.
