1. Shredding/crushing system

2. Air classification machine :
in a shredder system commonly designed for vehicles, the shredded material is subjected to air separation before the separation of steel and iron material. This creates a light fraction capable of flight, known as the shredder light fraction (SLF). The heavy items from the air separation are - after the separation of iron - the shredder heavy fraction (SHF). Air classifiers are commonly employed in industrial processes where a large volume of mixed materials with differing physical characteristics need to be separated quickly and efficiently.
3. Trommel screen
or rotary screen is a kind of mechanical screening machine which is widely used in separation operation. It controls the material separation by particle size, and the separation precision is high. The cylinder of the trommel screen is generally divided into several sections, depending on the specific situation. The mesh holes are arranged from small to large, and the mesh hole diameter on each section is the same.
The grain size of the material has a huge impact on sorting performance. Too small grain size will cause the metal to be undetected, and too large grain size will influence the sorting efficiency due to mechanical limitations.:

3.Induction Sensor sorter normally being installed after eddy current in order to recover rest of metal after eddy current sorting such as copper, brass, zinc, aluminum and those could not be sorted by eddy current as stainless steel and insolation wire etc.The input capacity is decided by how much metal content in the input material. The input capacity will drop signifificantly if the percentage of metal content goes too high. Notice that the input capacity must be lower while the metal content goes higher. A reasonable range of metal content is 5 to 20% for "All-Metal" sorting, and 45 to 85% for stainles steel sorting.
