Product Description

Induction sorter is detecting the inductive metal such as copper , aluminum, Zinc, Lead,  stainless steel, print circuit board(PCB) and aluminum copper insolation wire etc through the imbed induction sensor under the belt. With high pressure valve connected one line of nozzle after the high speed belt, eject those detected objects, the inductive of sensor could be adjusted through software via the screen.

GRAIN SIZE
The grain size of material has a huge impact on sorting performance. Too small grain size will cause the metal to be undetected, and too large grain size will inflfluence the sorting effificiency due to mechanical limitations.
The grain size of material within a single sorting task should keep its range within 3 times. A wider range of grain size distribution may result in the poor of sorting performance. Recommended grain size of material is 10 to 120 , and divided to 3 groups of [10-30], [30-50], and [50-120].

LIGHT FRACTION REMOVAL

METAL SORTING AND RECOVERY

3.Induction sorter It is normally being installed after eddy current in order to recover rest of metal after eddy current sorting such as copper, brass, zinc, aluminum and those could not be sorted by eddy current as stainless steel and insolation wire etc.The input capacity is decided by how much metal content in the input material. The input capacity will drop signifificantly if the percentage of metal content goes too high. Notice that the input capacity must be lower while the metal content goes higher. A reasonable range of metal content is 5 to 20% for "All-Metal" sorting, and 45 to 85% for stainles steel sorting.
