Product Description

The whole crushed metal sorting system for scraps processing to ensure the optimum recovery of valuable metal, ferrous and nonferrous, coarse or fine. the effcient and effectivily magnetic metal sorting equipment composed by :

GRAIN SIZE
The grain size of material has a huge impact on sorting performance. Too small grain size will cause the metal to be undetected, and too large grain size will inflfluence the sorting effificiency due to mechanical limitations.
The grain size of material within a single sorting task should keep its range within 3 times. A wider range of grain size distribution may result in the poor of sorting performance. Recommended grain size of material is 10 to 120 , and divided to 3 groups of [10-30], [30-50], and [50-120].

LIGHT FRACTION REMOVAL
Dust and the light fraction will be disturbed during the separation processing by air turbulence inside the catch hood causing by the compressed air ejection. A good sorting performance requires the dust and light fraction to be removed properly before feeding into the equipment.

METAL SORTING AND RECOVERY

This rugged, effective and reliable copper & aluminium eddy curent sorting equipment  are increasingly used wherever separation of non-ferrous metals from a product stream(such as  plastics, glass, electronic scrap, automobile shredder residue, bottom ash, foundry sand, trash, co-mingle recyclables etc). can give a more valuable product, whether the end use is in recycling, waste reduction, raw material production or any other process whereby separation is beneficial.

3.Induction sorter It is normally being installed after eddy current in order to recover rest of metal after eddy current sorting such as copper, brass, zinc, aluminum and those could not be sorted by eddy current as stainless steel and insolation wire etc.The input capacity is decided by how much metal content in the input material. The input capacity will drop signifificantly if the percentage of metal content goes too high. Notice that the input capacity must be lower while the metal content goes higher. A reasonable range of metal content is 5 to 20% for "All-Metal" sorting, and 45 to 85% for stainles steel sorting.
