Product Description

The Trommel Screen is a classic, versatile particle size classification device. It is widely used in environmental sectors such as metal recycling and solid waste recovery, as well as industries like power generation, coking, construction materials, metallurgy, and mining.

Material enters the trommel screen through the feed inlet and is lifted by drum rotation to a certain height, where gravity causes it to fall freely. Particle size classification is achieved through multi-stage screening:
Multi-Stage Refinement: Subsequent layers progressively screen finer particles, with oversized material discharged from the end outlet.

Primary Screening: Particles smaller than the first-layer screen apertures drop into the corresponding hopper, while larger particles advance.
