Product Description

Easy Clean Drawer Magnet Provides excellent equipment and product protection of medium and fine ferrous contaminants in dry.
High intensity grill magnetic separator filer used for Removing iron contamination from dry free-flowing grain, flour, sugar, powders, pigments, chemicals as well as plastic and other products. Grate magnets are typically installed in hoppers or bins and can be rectangular, square or round. With strengths as high as 1.2 Tesla (12,000 Gauss) our disc magnet range offers high quality at fair price and extends from single-row to multi-row, housed and drawer type as well as easy-clean and self-cleaning styles. 

 

Principle 

For cleaning the tray, there are two ways available. In a manual way, trays slide from the side door for easy manual cleaning; In the Manual self-cleaning drawer, hand-operated stainless steel collection sleeves slide out and away from stationary magnetic bars. As the sleeves clear the magnets, tramp metal falls off.

Features

1. Frame and tube material is 304 stainless steel, good corrosion resistance and green.

2. Standard magnetic grates are assembled with stainless steel frame and D25mm round bars.

3. The surface of the frame and magnetic bar can be fine polished and fully welded to meet food grade or pharmacy applications.

4. Standard working temperature 80 degree celsius, max working temperature from 80 to 350 is also available.
