Eddy current non-ferrous metal separator
Eddy Current non-ferrous metallic sorting machine(ECS) is an advanced metal sorting unit that is capable of separating non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, die-cast metal, copper, and other valuable metals from nonmetallic dry recyclables. those heavy duty copper & aluminum eddy current selection equipment are increasingly used wherever separation of non-ferrous metals from a product stream(such as plastics, glass, electronic scrap, automobile shredder residue, bottom ash, foundry sand, trash, co-mingle recyclables, etc). can give a more valuable product, whether the end user is in recycling, waste reduction, raw material production, or any other process whereby separation is beneficial.
The Eddy current separator starts with a short belt conveyor with a high-speed magnetic rotor system installed at the discharge end and its drive located at the return end. The magnetic rotor is positioned within a separately rotating non-metallic drum. This magnetic rotor revolves at approximately 3600 rpm during operation. Meanwhile, the outer drum cover rotates at the same speed as the belt conveyor.
While the rotor spins at these exceptionally high speeds, it introduces an electric current into conducting metals. This electric current then produces a magnetic field, which goes on to oppose the field created by the rotor and repels conducting metals over a pre-positioned splitter plate. Any remaining materials will free-fall over the rotor, ensuring they are separated from the repelled metals.

Induction Stainless Steel Sorter
Induction sorter is detecting the inductive metal such as copper, aluminum, Zinc, Lead, stainless steel, print circuit board(PCB) and insolation wire etc through the imbed induction sensor under the belt. With high-pressure valve connected one line of nozzle after the high speed belt, eject those detected objects, the inductive sensor could be adjusted through software via the screen.
