Plate type Permanent Suspended Magnet aka suspended plate magnets. Plate Magnets for Magnetic Separation are simply suspended above the conveyor belt or the head pulley and lift tramp metal. This series of suspended industrial magnets (Plate Magnets), strong magnetic field, is maintenance-free, simple installation, high efficient in separation.
Product Description
Permanent Suspended Plate-Type Magnets for Iron Removal are made of either Ferrite or NdFeb magnets. The magnetic surface is of Stainless Steel. Suspended plate Magnets are designed to effectively remove tramp metal. For instance remove magnetic material on the belt conveyer, vibration conveyor, electric-vibrating feeder and feeder groove, to protect the crusher from damage.
Principle
Magnetic plate design of the magnet depends on the feed material, size, flow rate, concentration and feed depth. The design also depends on the flow passage dimensions, width and speed of your belt conveyor.
Installation method: Supplied with deep mounting tapped holes in the back of the plate or four eye bolts, these plate magnets can be rigidly mounted with threaded bolts or suspended above the conveyor belt or the head pulley by eye bolts using cable or chain systems.
Cleaning method: manually remove the collected tramp metal from the face of the magnet.
