Product Description

Strong magnetic industrial water filter treats the water with magnetic field, change the water physical structure on the premise of without changing the chemical composition of water, to achieve the purposes of tiny iron removal and anti-rust in water. 

Strong industrial water magnetic filter mainly designed to extract ferro-magnetic metals contamination from all liquids flow type.the basic elements the magnetic grate separator in housing consists of are magnetic tubes (made from stainless steel). While the material flows around the magnetic tubes, a very strong magnetic field (generated by the neodymium NdFeB magnets inside of the tubes) traps all metallic particles on the surface of the tubes.

 As advanced liquid trap magnets,These easy cleaning in pipeline metal trap magnets are an ideal magnetic traps for removing super fine ferrous contamination from materials of liquid,Semi-liquid lines or air-conveying lines experienced in most cases with no appreciable pressure drop or reduction in flow rates. All units incorporate a sump type housing to trap ferrous particles. Liquid Traps may be installed horizontally, vertically, or on an angle without affecting their magnetic efficiency.

 

 

Features for magnetic water filter: 

• Highest grade magnetic field ,the maximum strength can up to 13000GS for normal iron traps and 8000GS for easy cleaning type.
• Standard working temperature≤80ºC, and maximum working temperature can reach 200ºC as required.
• Easy installation, inspection ,maintenance and cleaning through ferrule, bolt plate, flange or uneven head etc.
• 304 or 316L food grade stainless steel are available for pipeline material.
• Ideal designed magnetic configuration ensures maximum magnetic effect without liquid flow impediment.
• As required, We designed different styles,such as Tri-clamp, Bevel-seat (Acme thread), or weld end inlet and outlets,as customers required.
