The input capacity will drop signifificantly if the percentage of metal content goes too high. Notice that the input capacity must be lower while the metal content goes higher. A reasonable range of metal content is 5 to 20% for "All-Metal" sorting, and 45 to 85% for stainles steel sorting.also enables to separate the printed circuit boards (PCBs) scraps
This Stainless-Steel Magnetic Separator is unique Neodymium Rare Earth magnetic roller that produces an ultra-strong magnetic force to attract even the micro iron or para-magnetic weakest magnetic materials ( such as silica , sulfur dioxide , stainless steel ) . The strength of the magnetic field is far greater than standard magnetic separators, extending the separation capabilities from just removing ferrous and strongly magnetic materials to materials that have a very low magnetic susceptibility. it is in fact able to capture and separate most of the types of stainless steel present in other materials, in particular in plastic and other metals from medium and fine inert fraction .The separation is constant, precise and reliable even for very small stainless steel.
